    Welcome to Ceritas.


    One of the major challenges currently facing investment firms of all sizes is the sheer volume of complex legislative and regulatory obligations they are required to comply with, both current and upstream. Siobhan understands first hand the challenges faced by the industry, especially firms new to the sector or new to the Irish market where local knowledge and experience are key. 


    Ceritas was founded by Siobhan Broaders LCI DipCorpGov to provide tailored and practical compliance solutions to firms within the Financial Services Sector in Ireland. Our aim is to alleviate the compliance burden that regulatory obligations can place on Micro, Small and Medium Size Firms, supporting them at every stage of their business development and growth.


    Ceritas can help firms across the sector navigate the fast moving and ever changing regulatory landscape of financial services in Ireland.  We have the in-depth knowledge and practical expertise to guide firms through each stage of the Central Bank’s application process through to authorisation, including but not limited to MiFID authorised Investment Firms, IIA Investment Business firms/Intermediaries as well as Retail Credit Firms.  We can assist with meeting regulatory compliance obligations on a day to day basis post authorisation, with complying with upstream regulatory changes through to putting robust plans, procedures, policies and controls in place at a practical level and much much more.
